During our initial (110 minute) session we will discuss your smoking issue, develop a plan of action that best suits your needs, and explain how hypnosis can be used to quit smoking for good. We will discuss what hypnosis is and what you should expect the experience to feel like. You will learn how the mind works. We will then test your suggestibility to find out how you take in suggestions. You will be guided into a very pleasant relaxed state of hypnosis and customized positive suggestions will be given to stop smoking. The suggestions will penetrate deep within the subconscious mind and create new, beneficial behaviors for you. You will then be counted out of hypnosis to a full waking state feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed.

During our two (50 minute) follow up sessions we will evaluate your results. Any unresolved issues or triggers will be discussed further and new strategies will be implemented. Just like your initial session, you will be guided into hypnosis and customized positive suggestions will be given for the new presenting issues. You will then be counted out of hypnosis to a full waking state feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed.
